Disclosure Policy

When it comes down to the basic facts, I’m in the business of supporting my family financially.  One of the ways I’m going to accomplish that is through the content I create on BenRWoodard.com.  

I’ve been inspired by so many awesome people and services online that I want a chance to share that with the people in my sphere of influence.  I hope to do that through this blog by creating valuable content on a regular basis.

What I didn’t know, until I found out through TentBlogger.com is that there were guidelines set out to protect readers from manipulating influencers online.  

I totally agree with this protection and therefore comply with all of the law set out by the FTC.

Just so we are all on the same page here, there are a few givens I wanted everyone to know the following about all of the content that I publish on BenRWoodard.com:

  • All of the content is for the purpose of generating some sort of financial value; either directly or indirectly.
  • The content could possibly be promoting a product, service, or affiliate business.
  • If I wouldn’t refer it to my mother I won’t refer it to my readers through BenRWoodard.com.
  • Any of the items I get I have gotten without any expense to me personally.
  • 100% of the giveaways and/or contests I pay through my own means, except when I say otherwise.
  • I will never be able to say with 100% accuracy that my review of a product, service, or business will be the same as yours.  All I can try to do is provide an accurate description of my personal knowledge of it.
  • It is within my right to restrict certain advertisers or sponsors on the entire blog property.
  • There are many affiliate partner businesses that I deem valuable to the readers of my property and will not 100% of the time notate an affiliate link.


    • I appreciate everyone who takes the time to read and interact on this property and I understand that everyword I publish will directly affect my reputation in their eyes.  More than that, I understand that one day I will give an account for every word I say and type one day to my creator.
